2-room nature house with a magnificent view of the Altenau valley.
The holiday home is located in a quiet part of the park with plenty of privacy. On hot days you can choose to relax in the sun or shade. The location is about 150 metres from reception, restaurant and parking. You can use free wifi.
The flat is fully equipped. Pillows and 2 single duvets are provided. You can book bed linen,towels or kitchen sets or bring your own.

- Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200) with new mattresses and a large wardrobe.
From the house you can access the spacious, south-facing terrace with garden table and chairs, from where you can enjoy a fantastic view over the valley with the village of Lichtenau-Husen and surroundings. On the west side is a second terrace where you can sit in the shade during the day and enjoy the sun later in the day and evening.
In short, a place where you can relax and from which, thanks to its central location, you can go on wonderful hikes and bike tours in the Sauerland, Teutoburg Forest and Egge Mountains.
Sauna and wellness lovers can indulge themselves in various thermal spas in the immediate vicinity, e.g. in Bad Driburg (
Driburg-Therme) and Bad Lippspringe (
Westfalen-Therme). There is a thermal spa in Bad Wünnenberg.
If you want to learn more about the history of the Dutch royal family, it is worth visiting Bad Arolsen and Bad Pyrmont. Both places are part of the Orange Route, an interesting tour through towns and regions in the Netherlands and Germany that are historically linked to the House of Orange-Nassau. The 2,600 km Orange Route is a chain of special highlights, such as historic towns, old castles, numerous castles and fortresses, ornate pavilions, monumental buildings and a great variety of beautiful landscapes and beautifully landscaped gardens. The Orange Route can be travelled by car as well as by bicycle.
