Dear guests,
In order to contain a further spread of the coronavirus, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia has decided to impose a general ban on holidays and travel. This regulation is provisionally valid until April 19, 2020, but the official order means that we cannot guarantee stays as planned. We are aware that this is associated with inconvenience for you and we also very much regret that we will not be able to welcome you as planned in the coming weeks. However, the health of all is our first priority and so we support the precautionary measures of the state government.
We will contact all guests who have booked a stay in the coming weeks by e-mail or by post.
If you are travelling on business, please contact us by telephone. A written proof is required.
Also our restaurant "Der Vagenbond" in the European holiday village will be closed until further notice.
However, you can order and pick up take-away food there every day.
Information on the current situation and spread of the coronavirus can also be found on the website of the
Robert Koch Institute.
We are already looking forward to welcoming you back as soon as possible!
