Cottage Alm is located in a beautiful location, surrounded by nature and space. Here you can enjoy and relax on the terrace, with views all around, or in the cottage which is light and freshly decorated with calmly matched colors. Cottage Alm is equipped with all conveniences. Cottage Alm is completely renovated in 2023!
You enter the cottage through the hall. This is connected to the bathroom and the kitchen. The bathroom has a spacious modern walk-in shower, a sink with cabinet space and large mirror, and a toilet. The kitchen is comfortable with a spacious countertop, a dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven and a nespresso machine. From the kitchen you look into the cozy and friendly living room and the terrace with chairs, table and electric awning. You can enjoy a fantastic view over the valley with the village of Husen and its surroundings.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms. A large bedroom accessible from the living room. This bedroom has a large bed with slightly raised entry, a spacious closet, a seat and large mirror. The small bedroom, accessible through the kitchen, has a pull-out bed, with storage drawers, for one or two persons. It additionally features a comfortable folding bed so it can also accommodate two twin beds.

The park is located against a southern slope which provides a mild climate. The 2 parking lots, one at the bottom of the slope and one at the top, keep the park car-free. There is a miniature golf course, playground,sports field and table tennis. Flora & fauna have also found their way here. Raccoons, deer, badgers, squirrels, martens, many bird and plant species can be observed at the park.
The restaurant "Die Fabrik" is cozy and friendly. Host Tom serves delicious meals in a casual and relaxed atmosphere.
Feriendorf is a quiet vacation park located in a vast nature reserve.
The surroundings of forests and rolling countryside invite hiking and cycling. There are clearly marked hiking trails for example in Blankenrode and Hebram-Wald.
In the vicinity of Husen you can make beautiful bike tours. Most bicycle routes have moderate inclines and are well passable with E-bikes.
You can swim two kilometers away in a natural pool with water from the Altenau River. The pool is heated by the limestone tableau. The atmosphere at the natural pool is friendly and small-scale. There is a small kiosk where you can get coffee, tea and refreshments. In kürort Bad Lippspringe there is a tropical swimming paradise, a thermal and a sauna.
Two kilometers away in the village of Atteln is an REWE supermarket. In Lichtenau you can visit the Aldi and the Edeka. Paderborn is a 20-minute drive away; it is a university town with a pleasant atmosphere.
